Clemens låner i obligasjonsmarkdet
Clemens Kraft tok nylig opp et lån på 300 millioner kroner i obligasjonsmarkedet. Lånet skal blant annet sikre videre vekst.
Lånet er notert på den såkalte Nordic ABM listen for registrerte renteprodukter på Oslo børs. Hos Clemens er det Per Sølvberg som er kontaktperson for lånet. Her kan du lese hele meldingen som ble sendt ut på engelsk i dag:
“Clemens Kraft has successfully placed a NOK 300 million bond loan by Clemens Kraftverk AS in the Norwegian bond market. The term is 7 years and the bond carries fixed interest rate. The bond loan will be used to refinance existing indebtedness, secure funding for existing and planned investments and for general corporate purposes. Fearnley Securities has acted as sole lead manager for the transaction. The bond will be listed at Nordic ABM.
Clemens Kraft is a subsidiary of Opplysningsvesenets fond, owning 50.1% of the shares. The residual 49.9% of the shares are owned by the Swiss CPV / CAP Pensionskasse (COOP Pension Fund).
